From the olive groves of the Monastery, located in west Crete. Olive Oil is produced and bottled in our modern facilities.
Located in west Crete and perched high on a rock with glorious views of the sea, its name dates back to the Byzantine era and was derivered from the final step in the entrance stairs, which was (allegedly) made from solid gold.
